Jan Šimara won the last tournament of this year

Jan ŠimaraJan Šimara has victoriously finished his season of life so far. He gained the first place in the traditionaly last tournament of the year in Karlovy Vary. However, it must be said, that it was after an equal and dramatic fight.

Jitka Bártová and Jan Hora won the Pair Championship

Mistři republiky v párech - Jitka Bártová a Jan Hora Jan Hora won his third Championship of the republic this year. After the Students’ Championship in May and the main Championship in November, he managed to win also the Pair Championship with his girlfriend Jitka Bártová. This one took place the last weekend traditionally in Prague. Six pairs took part.

Ostrava: Radek Nechanický did not lose a single game
